To become a distributor of for our products, you must have a company registered in your country.  You must comply with the legislation of your country.

You may need to register the products in your country.  We will provide you with all documentation you need in order to register the products in your country.  If similar products have already been registered, the whole registration process is quite simple.  

Generally speaking, you will need from us the following documents:  

1. Free Sale Certificate for your country, for the product you intend to distribute.  

2. Nutrition Facts laboratory tests.  

3. A list of countries where the products are already sold.  

4. Product registration, with Registry Number from the country of Origin (which is Panama).  

5. In some cases, product samples are needed.  They can be purchased from our website, or, if not available, please write us at info@tropicshealth.com, and let us know of which samples you need.

6. You will need to check with the Ministry of Health, and/or with the Department of Commerce in your country, of the labeling requirements.  We will provide you with the are work for the labels, which you will have to modify in accordance with your country's requirements.

7. Any other documents the Ministry of Health of your country may require, e.g. letters from us, other documents that we might be able to provide you with.

In addition, you will be required to sign a distributor agreement.  Exclusive Distributor Agreements can be signed, under special circumstances.  We have a standard agreement which we will provide to you.  The terms of the agreement can be negotiated, and once approved by the Board of Directors, will be signed and implemented.  We will however be very careful in choosing our distributors.  Once selected, we will assist you in any way we can in becoming successful in your business, as you will be representing us.  Our distributors are our partners.
